How do I see London?!

How do I see London?! Thank you girls (Jin and Camille) for sharing it...

HOW DO I SEE LONDON ?!

Have you ever seen in the street of your own country or even here, in London, people wearing tee-shirt in which it was written : “ I ♡ LONDON ” ?
Well, as far as I am concerned I would rather buy a tee-shirt were it would be written “ I ♡ LONDON ... but not as I ♡ MY CITY ”. Indeed, having chosen to study in London like thousand of students, I do appreciate some parts of this incredible and very surprising city.
Soho, Camden Town, Covent Garden are as many places as I enjoy visiting every time but, let’s be honest, if, when you come back to your country, you tell your family and friends that you have not seen Big Ben, the London Eye or Madame Tussaud museum, it is like saying that you have not been to London. So, as a good tourist I went there but, when I had to pay 35 £ to enter Madame Tussaud museum, 25 £ to enter a club or 7 £ to buy a packet of cigarets (God forgive me), I did see London as a very expensive place. Even the Londoners seem expensive as their way of speaking sounds so posh !
By all means, if London was a nightmare I would have staid in France eating frogs, but I do be amazed by London and its incredible melting-pot. Have you ever been in a bus and did not hear any language that you could not understand or did not see anybody wearing clothes that you would have love to wear but have been afraid of what people around you would think ? This is what I love in here, the opportunity of meeting in every corner a new person, with a different way of thinking, a different culture, a different language.Well, I might buy one of those tee-shirt one day and why not one where it would be written : “GOD SAVES THE QUEEN”.

"How do I see London?"

London, one of well known for a cosmopolitan and populous capital city that has
a huge financial market, a strong economy and "a famous royal family" in the
world.
Many foreigners think that London is a dream city that has an extremely old
history and worthy place to study or work moreover the English people are
gentle and out-going although it generally had an awful weather condition. I
had believed that the same before I came to London. Nevertheless my impression
of London has changed since. It is true that London is an absolutely
multicultural city in the world as I could have met and experienced various
international people and cultures without going to their countries. However it
was too confusing that I could not feel that much of English their own culture
in London. Furthermore it is hard to have English friends to learn about a
social life of English people.
As I am a foreign student, I do not only want to study but I also would like to
know and understand the local culture and people. Therefore if i have a chance,
I would rather study in another city than London in the U.K.

Beijinhos
